RENOVATION

After working with Wayne County Schools on the Monticello Elementary Project, we were thrilled to get to continue a partnership with them transform their former Area Technology Center into a District Services Building. Renovating key spaces throughout the building improved aesthetics and function, and focusing on a few key spaces such as conference rooms and reception allowed the district to conserve resources. We wanted to tastefully incorporate Wayne County’s branding and local pride, while creating an environment that emphasizes a more professional atmosphere. Custom solutions, high-quality materials, and visual interest elevate the District Services building, refreshing the building as a whole that was originally designed in 1971.
