ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES

Ready to move forward with a project and need a design partner? We offer whole project leadership throughout the design and construction processes. In short, buildings need to be designed and documented with thorough plans in order to meet the demands of modern bidding and construction. We will head the design team, and will work with you to navigate the requirements and challenges of your project alongside a trusted team of engineers and design professionals. Once we transition to construction, we will work closely with you and your construction team to offer support and guidance.

DESIGN CHARRETTES

Do you want to do a project, but need some help with the details, fundraising, and/or buy-in before fully committing? We offer abridged design services, at a reduced cost, to help projects with those challenges. It's very normal for projects to need a little help in the early stages, and we're happy to help without locking anyone into a full contract. Often, with a little visioning (master planning and renderings), the details and best routes forward will become more clear.

PAY APPLICATION INSPECTIONS

Are you a lender, owner, or other authority and need to ensure that you're getting what you're paying for? We are available to visit your project during construction. We can process pay applications and report general progress and observable construction issues back to you.

DISTRICT FACILITY PLANNING (KENTUCKY PUBLIC SCHOOLS)

Are you a Kentucky public school district in need of master planning services? We are well versed in the process and are available to document your existing buildings in Revit, assess conditions in KFICS; we will work with your Local Planning Committee to draft your next DFP to ensure that your district is in good standing. We offer facilitation of the entire process in-house, or are happy to work with the facilitator of your choosing.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (KENTUCKY PUBLIC SCHOOLS)

Are you a Kentucky public school district in need of a public speaker or individualized training? We employ not only architects and interior designers, but also former public school professionals, including superintendents, teachers, and executive assistants. We offer speaking events and trainings on varied topics, ranging from technical construction issues to the importance of customer service in public schools.
