NEW BUILD

Christian Student Fellowship (University of Kentucky chapter) had outgrown their current facility. Deco Architects was retained to provide architectural services and consultant coordination for the purposes of designing a new building, obtaining a building permit, and contract administration services through the construction of the building at their current site. Their existing facility was demolished in its entirety to make way for the new facility.

The site is adjacent to student housing and directly opposite the campus library and has significant visibility and traffic (foot and vehicular) along all street-facing sides of the site. The building serves as a “base of operations” for outreach, fellowship, worship, and community activities. As such, the building program is varied and provides flexible options for both large and more intimate gatherings.
