NEW BUILD

The project serves as an outpatient healthcare facility and hosts accommodations for physical therapy, women’s health, audiology, mental health, and optometry—along with an in-house lab and procedure room. It contains numerous energy-efficient features, both active and passive, including a VRV HVAC system and a white 50 mil PVC membrane roof, by Duro-Last. The floor plan is based on the VA’s new PACT standard, which works to streamline patient traffic patterns and finds space efficiencies by utilizing sliding doors and common work areas. This project was awarded through a public solicitation (privately-owned, leased by VA) and was delivered through a Design/Build process with Owens Construction of Windsor, Kentucky. Our design adheres to ADA accessibility standards.
