NEW BUILD

After the tragic fire that devastated Conley Bottom Marina in early summer 2019, we were honored to be selected to take on the design of the new Conley Bottom Resort. The new design doubled the square footage of the original and included a large store downstairs (Phase 1) and restaurant upstairs (Phase II). Conley Bottom utilized members of their own staff for the construction of the new marina. With a tight timeframe to get the plans permitted in time for their busy summer season, Phase I was complete and open just in time for the Memorial Day Weekend 2020. The Boathouse restaurant, Phase II, opened in Summer 2022.
